About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
LEGENDS is much more than a collection: it is an immersive experience that pays tribute to football through a spectacular staging. Iconic objects, unforgettable moments and cutting-edge technology come together to offer a unique journey through the history of the sport.
Spread across six levels, each space invites you to experience football from a new perspective. Holograms, immersive screens and interactive experiences accompany you on a journey designed to inspire and excite from the very first moment.
Throughout the visit, you will discover authentic pieces that have marked generations: legendary jerseys, historic boots, unforgettable trophies and objects that witnessed the greatest milestones in football history. All of them carefully preserved so that every visitor can feel, remember and relive their passion for the world’s most popular sport.
Where does the experience take place?
The museum is located near Puerta del Sol in Madrid, in a dedicated 4,200 m² space distributed across six floors.

The estimated duration of the visit is approximately 120 minutes.
Will food and drinks be available on site?
No. There is currently no food or beverage service inside LEGENDS. Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed during the visit.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, the museum does not have private parking. However, several paid parking facilities are located nearby.
Is there Virtual Reality?
Yes. The museum features a Game Area where visitors can enjoy gaming experiences using VR technology.
Is there a dress code?
No

Yes. Throughout the experience you will find several points where you can purchase products related to football and LEGENDS. At the end of the visit, you can also explore the official store, which offers a wider selection of merchandise and souvenirs.
About the Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes, tickets are available at the box office.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are not assigned to a specific person and can be transferred.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple
App Store
and
Google Play
). Make sure you log in using the same method you used to complete your purchase.

You can access your ticket through the Fever app in the Tickets section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the

. Be sure to log in with the same account used to purchase the tickets.
If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Once tickets have been purchased, no changes or refunds will be issued. This also applies to additional products purchased together with the ticket. Inability to attend, loss of the ticket, or mistakes made during the purchase process will not constitute grounds for a refund.
If your visit cannot take place due to an incident at the venue, LEGENDS will refund the price of the tickets and any additional services purchased through its website using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes. To make a group reservation, please complete our group booking form, and our team will contact you.
Do you offer press passes?
Yes. Journalists can access the experience by presenting their professional press credentials at the entrance. Accompanying guests must purchase their own ticket.
Accessibility
Do I need to arrive exactly at my scheduled session time?
Entry will be allowed within 15 minutes after your scheduled session time.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes.
What items are prohibited? Can I smoke or vape?
For security reasons, large suitcases and oversized backpacks are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are also not permitted inside LEGENDS.
Do you offer tickets for caregivers?
Yes. Visitors with reduced mobility or special needs may be accompanied by a caregiver or assistant. In these cases, the accompanying person may enter free of charge upon presentation of valid documentation.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
Yes. LEGENDS is an accessible space with facilities adapted for visitors with disabilities. If you require assistance during your visit, please speak with our staff at the entrance.
Will there be strobe lights?
No. The experience does not use strobe lights.
Are there seats available? Can I sit during the experience?
Some rooms include seating as part of the experience. However, seating is not available throughout the entire route.
Are there restrooms available on site?
Yes.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, photos and videos are allowed during the visit. However, flash photography is not permitted.
